Develop a visualizer script

We need to work on a nice visualizer script that can nicely demonstrate all defined RTL hook and data through some python library.

As a base we can use this: https://github.com/texerai/marionette/blob/main/scripts/m3vis.py

It should automatically detect all of the data defined in the RtlHook.
