Description

@bekbeis

Currently, page numeration starts with 0 and goes up to the # of pages - 1.

For instance, the UI when running Ailof on CVA6 looks like this:

Search:
===================

--> 0. [ ] ariane_testharness
    1. [ ] ariane_testharness.i_ariane
    2. [ ] ariane_testharness.i_ariane.i_cvxif_coprocessor
    3. [ ] ariane_testharness.i_ariane.i_cvxif_coprocessor.compressed_instr_decoder_i
    4. [ ] ariane_testharness.i_ariane.i_cvxif_coprocessor.i_copro_alu
    5. [ ] ariane_testharness.i_ariane.i_cvxif_coprocessor.instr_decoder_i
    6. [ ] ariane_testharness.i_ariane.i_cva6
    7. [ ] ariane_testharness.i_ariane.i_cva6.commit_stage_i
    8. [ ] ariane_testharness.i_ariane.i_cva6.controller_i
    9. [ ] ariane_testharness.i_ariane.i_cva6.csr_regfile_i

=================== Page 0/41
Commands: Enter/space key to select the module | Ctrl+c to exit | Ctrl+n to pass module info further

Changing the numeration from 0/41 to 1/42 would be more intuitive.
