Alternative display

This solution was contributed by Carsten Otto. Instead of the display from Pimoroni you can also use a display from Waveshare (Coolwell Waveshare 1.14inch LCD). However, this requires a few changes on the board; the corresponding pin assignment is documented here.

To still be able to plug the display in well and have room for the modifications, you need long post connectors. This makes the Pico sit about 3 mm lower, which can be corrected by a thicker adapter plate.
