npm install error for 0.3.23

A clean install of the tessel CLI throws a couple errors where the package does not successfully install

Doing a install at 0.3.22 is successful, so maybe NPM itself has built the package incorrectly on publish?

@sjlu sorry for the late response here - We just bumped the usb module to the latest version, since the older version was causing some install issues for a lot of people. Do you mind checking if that resolved your issue by trying to install 0.3.24? Can you also share what OS you are using?
