Add the tessel lib to the blacklist of folders not to push

Often, developers will include the `tessel` npm module (the CLI) in the `node_modules` folder which increases the package size by 15MB. 

This increase in size often leads to a slow startup and the Tessel running out of memory.

We should blacklist the tessel module from within the CLI so that it's never pushed to the device.
