No longer works with [latest] Pharo 11

Although it loads, it messes something up:

• Sometimes, when I have Iceberg open, the window contents get replaced by the "red border + diagonal cross + error". Sometimes not, though!!!
• When trying to quit the VM, it gets stuck (always, it seems).

Pharo 10 still works, even with the latest VM.
