What software are you requesting to be packaged?
Continuation of #839

Describe the motivation
Fedora's sccache package is uhh, limited. They only build with the bare minimum featureset

Enabled features:
    S3:        false
    Redis:     false
    Memcached: true
    GCS:       false
    GHA:       false
    Azure:     false
    WebDAV:    true
    OSS:       false

We want to build a full version that has all the features at least in extras
