Add some default set of metadata keys to experiments

We know certain experiments usually have associated hyper parameters attached to them, so adding a hyperparemeter default key with empty values might be useful. The values of the hyper-parameter is still going to be flexible but a fixed hyper-parameter key provides some loose guidelines to users around how to organize metadata.
