Add Cursor and Windsurf MCP configuration to Building with AI page #143

Describe the change
Noticed the Building with AI page covers MCP setup for Claude Code, Codex CLI, and Amp but leaves out Cursor and Windsurf. Both are pretty widely used right now and developers on either would have to dig around to figure out the config themselves.
Would it make sense to add a short snippet for each alongside the existing ones? I can put together a PR if that's helpful, just wanted to check before jumping in.
