[Feature Request] Send _count metrics, not just _rate1m metrics #105

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Rate metrics are nice, but having the ability to work with the _count metrics provides more flexibility in building our dashboards. If we want to create a rate based on the _count metric it should be pretty straight forward, but in cases i want to show the original count it can be a bit cumbersome.
Describe the solution you'd like
We already have the original counters, we just need to create a corresponding datadog count metric.
