Action to quickly switch between `{{` `{!!` and `{{--`

It would be nice to have an alt+enter action that allows you to switch between curcly-bracket style:

[xHeaven]

#46 can possibly close this - not with an action, though, but with smart bracket replacement. Take a look and let me know whether you'd still want this quick switch functionality or not.
