Feature: Refresh at all levels #85
Description
Currently the Refresh button only gets enabled if a subscription is selected. It should be enabled for all levels:
- at subscription level it should refresh the entire tree, topics and subscriptions
- at a topic level, it should refresh the topic and its subscriptions
