Is the license an issue?

Hello, I've been relying on this library more than I expected since it's inception.
For me the license fits well with the rest of my workspace,
but not everybody is me so I'm curious:

> Has anyone wanted to try neuro but couldn't due to restrictive workspace?

If yes; I'm not unfamiliar with the public domain.
