Sunseting of WinTenBot

Thank you to all who have entrusted WinTenBot to your group management. This time it was an announcement about the end of WinTenBot support. This announcement should have been conveyed long ago.

A long journey WinTenBot accompany us to this day. WinTenBot will be shut down in the foreseeable future and will be replaced. But really this must be done because WinTenBot must be rebuilt from scratch and renaming it to a new one.

For settings, tags and other data of WinTenBot will be restored to the new Bot. But we only store the last data. Maybe we can't restore everything.
