[BUG] Apply Page > What We Do and Applications Section: Blobs Missing

Expected:
Moving blobs in the background.

Actual:
Missing blobs.

Also missing on Applications Section.

When I opened the website on my localhost, this was already no longer a problem so I believe this issue can be resolved.
