[BUG] About Page > Sponsors Section: Sponsor Logos Not Appearing

**Desired Output:**
Sponsor Logos Appear as you scroll onto section, disappear when you scroll up. 

**Actual Output:**
No logos appear, blank space. 

Steps to Recreate:
- Go to About Page
- Scroll down to Sponsor section
- Scroll further down past to try and see Logos.
