[BUG] About Page > Events Section: Cards Not Appearing

Desired Output:
Event cards fade in an appear in from the left upon user scroll. Disappear only if user scrolls up. Stays on page when user scrolls down.

Actual Output:
Event cards appear outside the users view and disappear when getting in view.

Steps to Recreate:

• Go to About Page
• Scroll down to Events section
• Scroll further down past to try and see event cards.
