UI framework with preact support for prototype

I found this is a lightweight material UI framework. This is compatible with preact.
Lets brainstorm this while getting started

This looks good to me! Initially we will be focusing on the functionality and componentization, without any particular UI work, but I'm happy to see a fork/branch down the line (once we have an actual app and some basic features) that implements these UI components.
