Investigate if remark.js MarkDown parser can be extended to support other syntax

If we can get the MarkDown parser to support additional sets of syntax, users won't have to change the way they use to write MarkDown based slide shows in other tools such as DeckSetApp, reveal.js etc.

This would make switching tools very easy.
