Enhance quickstart doc to add instruction for windows

- Create run.bat to provide support for windows.
- Update `make demo-run` so that in windows run.bat will be called.
- Enhance readme in quickstart so that makefile is mentioned as pre-requisite and `make setup` is made optional for windows users as they are expected to install allure manually.
