International keyboard layouts don't work in DCPU

E.g. Finnish keyboard layout requires [] and {} characters to be typed with AltGr+7,8,9,0, but AltGr+ characters produce nothing in DCPU (they work in in-game chat).

Workaround is to change the Windows keyboard laytout to US, but then your keyboard and the actual characters typed don't match.
