[IOT] Get parameters from temperature sensor (DT11 module)

PURPOSE

The temperature sensor (DT11 preferably) is a primary feature in the system that is meant to sense the surrounding temperature and give feedback where a preprogrammed range is to be set to aid the system in deciding on increasing the temperature or drp the temperature.

the system need a set of temperatur readings from a set of conditions and the integrating code logic.

SUCCESS CRITERIA

1. Get the temperature reading.
2. Get the range of varying temperature readings.
3. Create logic for the reading.
