deb package fails to install on Ubuntu 24.04 due to missing release file #14

I'm not sure where to file this issue, but this seemed like the most likely location.

Testing the deb installer on Ubuntu 24.04 inside Google CloudShell to test speeds inside different data centers.

Following the instructions on the apps page:

sudo apt update
