Need a way to filter the data before downloading

Thanks a lot for providing this dataset.

I wanted to take a look at the data for India. From what I can make out, I will have to download the data for the entire world and filter it on my own. This is extremely hard if you don't have a stable internet connection for an extended period of time. So, it would be really nice to have a way to filter the data before downloading.
