It's better to put a tag for each release

Hi, I saw your play-navigator. It's great thing since play's standard route is poor and the route is not Scala DSL. However, What a shame a git tag is not put on your repository for each release (e.g. 0.4.0). I hope you putting tag for each release of play-navigator.

And if can, I'd like to contribute play-navigator.

I never though someone will use play-navigator - that's why there are no tags in repository. Contributions are more than welcome since I have very limited time for this project recently.
