URL search overrides local file search

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a URL in the URL input box
2. Click "Choose a file" button and select a local file
3. Click "Search with file" button
4. The Clarifai API is given the URL instead of the local file, and we see prediction results for the URL image, instead of the local file image.
