Allow analysis of previous events

Summary

We need to be able to analyze previous events for scouting ahead of time (especially when the "current event" hasn't happened yet).

Scope

• Add an event selector to the Team Analysis and Event Analysis views. It should default to the current event.

@jkleiber This feature was requested by some members of the team for pre-DCMP scouting without having to read through the supabase data by hand.

@aidnem would it be fine if I just open a couple PRs with the VABLA version of the site and the VAPOR version of the site separately?

That's the fastest way I can think of getting you the data you guys want without needing to develop a completely new feature that won't be used at DCMP
