proposal: masterkeys as a keymaster supplement #177
Description
custom keymaster implementation called “masterkeys” prevents copyright issues with jar file. It also allows us to extend the limited feature set of keymaster.
- remove keymaster jar from git tree
- implement keymaster api and scheduled jobs
