ScrapDetailScreen에서 AllPointingScreen으로 이동 시 PublishProblemGroupResp no 필드가 undefined 하기에 분기문 수정

접근 방법

const headerTitle = group.no != null ?${group.no}번 포인팅 전체보기 : '포인팅 전체보기'; 로 변경
