Clang-format Support

• Replace astyle code format with clang-format
• Decide on a built-in style or duplicate the old one
  • I like 1TBS
  • Don't care as much about ( paddingParentheses ) anymore
  • 4 space indent
  • 120 width columns
  • UTF-8 so we can have emoji in our comments 🤓
• Update wiki

@athairus I like ( paddingParentheses )! Also I like the UTF-8 Idea. However where should I start to replace the clang-format code? Were trying to reformat the entire project right? Seems like a 1 really massive pull request isn't the right way to do this.
