3840 x 2160 Resolution wont work

Can only get one 4th of my screen, idk if there's any way to make it use the full res ?

Windows scaling seems to be the issue here, rather than a high resolution.
This issue happens to me at 200% scaling, whereas at 100% the program works fine (at the same res).
