Use div or just image in renderSimpleIcon instead of anchor

Would like an option to opt out of using anchor for the icons as this can have a negative effect on seo looking for for crawlable links. Even adding a link still means that the item can be tabbed with the keyboard which would lead to a poor UX if someone is tabbing through my site.

The anchor tag as the root child of the cloud is a pattern that comes from tag canvas. Perhaps that could be cleaned up to not use eval #11 and not expect anchors.

Feel free to create a pull request with either of these changes.

I'm not sure if it's possible to render a simple icon inside of anything but an anchor tag without forking tag canvas.

With that said, please do take a look at the unminifed source code for tag canvas and see if might be reasonable or if we have an opportunity to patch it in without a fork.
