Improve Claude CLI Probe session handling #132
Description
Right now the probe creates a new session empty session each time it calls /usage resulting in a lot of cruft in .claude.
Could the probe do a /rename and then a /resume on on a custom session name which could be something like "ClaudeBar Probe" ?
The probe also shows up in tools like Claude Island as "Probe" it would be nice if that could use the same session name as above.
