Improvement request

It would be convenient if you had the option to "not run the build if there have already been successful builds for this commit".
It would also be nice to have an option like in vcs trigger “queued builds can be replaced with more recent”

I have had another look at how I might be able to do this. I've not found a simple way to implement it. Sorry.
