libsvmTrain call in svmFitTest #55
Description
running svmFitTest on Windows/Matlab,
getting error message:
Undefined function 'libsvmTrain' for input arguments of type 'double'.
the function is not in .../libsvm-3.16/matlab folder
make function does not seem to create it
