Fails to compile in R 3.4.3

Hi,

Was looking for GAS type models and came across your GitHub page, got very interested. Unfortunately, package fails to be complied in the recent (3.4.3) R version. Can it be that there were no updates for the package quite awhile already? Can any updates be expected?

Unfortunately the DCS package is currently unmaintained. You may submit a pull request though.
