I see it's been a while since you've worked on this, but I think this would be fantastically helpful. To have a command-line tool which could detect browser compatibility problems in your site JavaScript would be really powerful to use in CI testing.
I'd love to help out with it. If you could give me some pointers as to which features badly need implementing, and where in the original JSCC app I can find the equivalent feature, I'd gladly give it a go.
