make card_mod style consistently ... still buggy

My card mod yaml/css may be buggy, or there's a bug in card_mod.

Due to unknown causes sometimes the styling just doesn't apply and my dashboards look wrong, a page reload fixes it.

As can be seen the issue seems to be isolated to the sticky header (and footer), more specifically the custom styled mushroom chip badges.

btw, style files in the www dir are only used to resize grid cards and are unrelated to anything else.
