Error starting Vim since updating to f59e043

Since updating to this revision, I've started getting this error when I start Vim:

NameError: global name 'VimDebugger' is not defined

I'm using:

• Vim 7.3, MacOS X (unix) version, Included patches: 1-237
• Python 2.6.1

Please let me know if I can provide any other info or help troubleshoot otherwise.

I can confirm this on Ubuntu 11.04, Python 2.7.1+ and. Reversing f59e043 fixes the issue.
