DailyMed bulk downloads don't seem to contain all historical versions

We are using the bulk downloads available here:

https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/spl-resources-all-drug-labels.cfm

But they don't seem to have all the previous versions of the label as you can see with this example:

https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/drugInfo.cfm?setid=9e79b42c-38a3-4b2c-a196-a5a1948250e2

Investigate how to get all historical versions of the label as well as all the current versions.
