Mapping of drug and side effect IDs

I would like to combine the offsides data with that of other sources, for example MetaADEDB. For that, I need to

1. map RxNORM identifier of drugs to InChI keys
2. map MedDRA identifiers of side effects to UMLS concept IDs

Is anyone aware of any mapping tools?

Regarding (1), I have tried https://www.ebi.ac.uk/unichem/compoundsources but the IDs are not recognized for datasource 47 (rxnorm).

Regarding (2), an example would be the condition Tumour haemorrhage, which has a condition_meddra_id of 10049750 and an UMLS ID of C0877584. The names do not always match so it would be very helpful to have a mapping between the two ID types. I could not find any mapping tools.

I don't have a solution for you but I was trying to do something similar. You can search Unichem by compound name like so:

Unfortunately RxNorm has not been updated in Unichem since 2020...

For (1), use the RxNorm string instead.
