Fix the move system/dash #2
Description
Inputs previously confirmed for a move, should not be able to be used for the same move again. Each button in the move buffer should have a list of moves that it has already confirmed with to test against.
FFF should not result in two forward dashes as the first 2 Fs have already confirmed for a dash and can not confirm for another dash
