Rename "setiFeelLucky" method to something useful #22
Description
The method was probably named late at night or under the influence of alcohol ;) In any case we need to name it to what it actually does. If enabled it does not try to register/cache the statistics group prior to the statistics request. This was initially used to save time during batch operations.
