make a release to simplify download process

im happy to install the source zip but i think making a release that dosen't include all the other stuff that isnt needed would be easier for the end user

but we are taking about a yt-dlp based cli tool so ppl probably know what they are doing 

so do what u will idrc just thought it would be useful
