Documentation for snapcam settings

Is there documentation somewhere about what the possible values for these settings are?

Or maybe a better question is: how did you figure out that these are the names/values of the different settings?

I ask because I'm trying to get my snapcam to take a picture every N seconds via:

For anyone else that finds this, https://github.com/dimhoff/snapcamcontrol worked for me to get timelapses working!
