Hi!
Hope you could help me on this error while starting up replicatord. Here's the error log;

[2018-02-14 01:21:21] E Slave::create_table(): class name don't exist for type: 246
[2018-02-14 01:21:21] E Error in reading binlogs: Slave::create_table(): error in field 'cpi_bid'
[2018-02-14 01:21:21] E Terminating

Please advise what do I need to check

Also got this while replicating mysql replicatord also shutting down

sorry it was resolved. have pulled master in libslave and recompile replicatord and it works.
Issue was already solved here: tarantool/libslave#4

While it is not fixed, I want to share full workaround for replication from mysql-8 to tarantool when decimal is used that works for me.

First, update lib/tarantool-c submodule to the latest master to overcome build error re IOV_MAX.

Then, update lib/libslave submodule to the commit before last pulldown from the upstream (to don't fight with API changes).

Apply the following patch to overcome a build error and number_of_event_types 40 > 38 runtime error.

After this, it should build and work (at least works for me on a small manual test). I didn't verify whether adding new items into enum Log_event_type is safe without additional processing of them somewhere, so proceed with caution.

BTW, I see that the upstream has decimals implemented in another way, but I didn't look thoroughly. I don't know what we should consider as libslave HEAD now.
