Steps to Reproduce:
Open the website on a mobile device (e.g., smartphone or tablet).
Navigate to the page where the banner and title are displayed.
Observe that the banner and title are overlapping, making the content difficult to read and understand.
Expected Behavior:
In the mobile view, the banner and title should be displayed in a responsive manner that ensures they do not overlap and provide a user-friendly experience.
Actual Behavior:
The banner and title overlap, causing usability issues on mobile devices.
