Pretty confusing relationship between nz-toggle and ng-toggle

The npm page for ng-toggle https://www.npmjs.com/package/ng-toggle has a link that is pointing to this nz-toggle github, and the nz-toggle on npm (https://www.npmjs.com/package/nz-toggle) has version (2.1.0) which has some problems with cancelBubble, on chrome version 64.0.3282.186. 

Would be awesome to use this toggle through npm.
