Pubspec.yaml contains contradictory information

The pubspec.yaml contains the following information about flutter/dart:

environment: sdk: ">=3.0.0 <4.0.0" flutter: ">=3.7.12 <4.0.0"

however, flutter 3.7.12 ships with dart sdk 2.19.6, which breaks the build.

The lower bound for flutter sdk should be adjusted to be compliant with the sdk requirement

I'm currently working to get this app published on f-droid, and they need a fixed version definition (no range). So I will change this near time 👍
