Qt5 compatibility

Quick modifications to make the project compatible with QT5 (many warns) see updated zip wich contains modification and for fun a release build for windows.

updatedQT5(5-5-1).zip

Note : Executable require (for example located in C:\Qt\5.5\mingw492_32\bin ) copy files in the same location of the executable

PS: if you don't want download source open project with qt creator and correct error build after build ^^
